He holds an MBA in Real Estate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Finance from IIPM Belgium, Europe. His academic background, combined with extensive practical industry exposure, has enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of real estate markets, consumer behavior, project feasibility, and investment strategies.

Mr. Grover began his professional journey in 2006 in real estate consultancy, where he quickly earned recognition for his strong market knowledge, client-centric approach, and ability to structure successful real estate transactions. During the early years of his career, he worked with TDI Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. as a Real Estate Advisor, gaining valuable exposure to large-scale real estate developments and customer relationship management.

Subsequently, he represented Kamal Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. on the sales panel of DLF Limited, one of India’s most respected real estate developers. In this capacity, he played an instrumental role in the marketing and sales of several prestigious under-construction projects across Gurgaon and Delhi, helping investors and end-users make informed real estate decisions while building a strong network within the industry.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of market dynamics, Mr. Grover expanded his activities beyond consultancy into real estate development. He successfully promoted and developed multiple builder floor projects in Kirti Nagar and various prime locations across West Delhi and the National Capital Region.
